Refund Policy
General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with QRForever. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers. This allows you to try our Premium features risk-free.
After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation?
Immediate Access
You'll keep access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
No Future Charges
Your payment method will not be charged again.
Free Tier Access
Your account reverts to the free tier with 1 QR code. Your free QR code will continue to work.
Data Retention
Your QR code data is retained for 90 days. You can resubscribe anytime to regain access.
Important Note
Paid QR codes will be deactivated at the end of your billing period. Make sure to update any printed materials if you plan to cancel.

No, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. However, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
Your free QR code will continue to work indefinitely. Paid QR codes will be deactivated at the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?
Yes! You can resubscribe at any time. If you resubscribe within 90 days, your previous QR codes and data will be restored.
How do I request a refund?

Are annual subscriptions refundable?
