By accessing and using QRForever ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

QRForever provides a platform for creating, managing, and tracking dynamic QR codes. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

The Service includes one free dynamic QR code per account, with the option to purchase additional QR codes through our Premium plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content

• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Distributing spam, viruses, or any other harmful code

• Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Premium plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during subscription.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

Each account receives one free dynamic QR code that never expires.

The free QR code can be updated at any time without additional charges.

Analytics features require a minimum of 3 total QR codes (1 free + 2 paid).

We reserve the right to modify the free tier offering with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRForever and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your QR code data as necessary to provide the Service.

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any important data.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRForever and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
